Christina Orlyn

Christina Orlyn's work experience begins in 2004 at CVS Health, where they worked as a Staff Pharmacist and later became a Pharmacy Manager. In these roles, they focused on improving business development, growth, and overall pharmacy performance. Christina also served as a Regional Healthcare Manager, overseeing 18 retail locations and managing project teams to optimize workflow, recruitment, and expense reduction.

In 2008, Christina worked as a Consultant at Janssen Inc., where they acted as a regional spokesperson and influencer for new product rollouts and collaborated with medical professionals to address concerns and connect them with Janssen corporate.

From 2013 to 2015, Christina served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Connecticut, where they mentored students in their business leadership and management rotations.

In 2017, Christina joined Shields Health Solutions as a Regional Manager, responsible for launching specialty pharmacies and implementing a comprehensive care model at prestigious hospitals in New York City. Christina later became a Director of Specialty Pharmacy Operations and ultimately, a Senior Director of Clinical Operations/Specialty Pharmacy. In these roles, Christina developed strategic visions, managed teams of over one hundred consultant liaisons, and improved patient onboarding and retention.

Christina Orlyn pursued their education in a sequential manner. In 1998, they enrolled at UCLA and completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry in 2000. Subsequently, they attended the University at Buffalo Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, where they studied Pharmacy from 2000 to 2004 and earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
