Munther El-Alami

Munther El-Alami, PharmD, CSP, BCMTMS, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Operations Innovation at Shields Health Solutions since January 2020, where previous roles include Manager of Clinical Services and Clinical Pharmacist. With a background at Walgreens Boots Alliance from September 2013 to December 2019, responsibilities included overseeing pharmacy operations, enhancing patient care, and leading adherence initiatives across multiple states. Munther also participated in various pharmacy internships throughout education at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, culminating in a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2015. Additional experience includes roles at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, Arbour Hospital, and other healthcare settings, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of pharmacy operations and patient management.
