Samantha Strong

Samantha Strong has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Samantha began their career as an Operations Volunteer at All American Games in 2012 before working as a Color Guard Instructor for the Town of Reading, MA from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, they interned as a Human Resources Intern at Lahey Health Behavioral Services and also served as a College Program Intern- Merchandise Hostess at The Walt Disney Company. Since 2015, Samantha has been employed at Shields Health Solutions, starting as an HR Coordinator/Executive Assistant and working their way up to the role of Director of HR Operations, which they currently hold. Additionally, they have held various positions within the HR department at Shields Health Solutions, including Sr. HR Operations Manager and Human Resources Operations Manager.

Samantha Strong began their education at Reading Memorial High School, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. After completing their high school education, they enrolled at UMass Boston and pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Management, which they completed from 2010 to 2014.
