Ethan Bernau is currently a Partner and Senior Project Manager at Shiels Obletz Johnsen, Inc. Ethan has a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Washington and a BA in Political Science from Yale University. Ethan has worked on various projects for clients such as the Seattle Local Organizing Committee for the 2026 FIFA World Cup and the Washington State Public Stadium Authority for the Lumen Field Modernization. Prior to their current role, Ethan held positions as an Intern at Lorig Associates LLC, a Transportation Planner/Consultant at King County, and a Research Analyst at Grubb & Ellis. Ethan also worked as a Lackey/Intern in Car Repair at Good News Garage where Ethan worked with Click and Clack of NPR's Car Talk.
