Ayesha Tariq

Ayesha Tariq is an accomplished professional in the field of psychology and substance abuse treatment, currently serving as a Fellow at Virginia Commonwealth University since July 2024. Ayesha has been an ICCT - RCT Master Trainer at Harvard University since January 2022 and holds multiple positions as an Associate and Assistant Clinical Psychologist at Shifa International Hospitals Limited since November 2016. Ayesha's experience in education includes roles as a Teacher Associate at Croft Primary School and Riverside Primary School in 2016. Ayesha is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology at Foundation University Islamabad, with previous degrees including a Master of Science in Applied Child Psychology from Nottingham Trent University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Buckingham. Additional qualifications include certifications in Trauma Therapy from EMDR Europe and Psychological First Aid from The Johns Hopkins University.
