Bob Vaughan

Bob Vaughan is a seasoned engineering professionals with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Since April 2012, Bob has served as a Sr. R&D Engineer at Shifamed, while also holding the title of Principal Engineer at an experienced Principal Engineer position in the same timeframe. Previously, Bob was a Principal Engineer at Voyage Medical, where contributions included the design and manufacture of complex silicone molds. Bob's career also includes significant roles at Apollo Endosurgery, USGI Medical, and Outland Engineering Services, focusing on the development of surgical tools, prototype design, and advanced engineering solutions. Earlier experience encompasses working as a Sr. Model Maker/Designer at Angiotrax, specializing in catheter design, and as a Sr. Tool Designer at Localmed, Inc., where responsibilities included managing manufacturing tooling activities.
