Midhun KM

Midhun KM started their work experience in 2016 as a student at Kerala University. From 2019 onwards, they worked at Shift as a Credit Operations & Settlements Associate, where they assessed loan applications, completed credit assessments, generated loan agreements, verified documents, and converted equipment finance deals. Midhun also worked as a Junior Financial Analyst at Shift during this time.

Midhun KM obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from SN College, Shoranur, during the period 2013-2016. Following this, Midhun pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in finance and human resource management from the University of Kerala from 2016 to 2018. In 2018-2019, Midhun completed a Diploma in Computerized Financial Accounting (DCFA) from Keltron. Additionally, Midhun acquired various certifications, including Financial Risk Analytics from Great Learning in April 2023, Credit Risk from TCS iON in October 2022, Credit Risk Management from Go1 in August 2022, Anti-Money Laundering Australia from Go1 in February 2022, Data Privacy and Protection - Australia from Go1 in February 2022, Commercial Lending Procedures from Go1 in January 2021, and Accounting and Financial Statement Analysis from Go1 in December 2020. Midhun's earliest certification is a Diploma in Computerized Financial Accounting specializing in Indian & Foreign Accounting obtained from Keltron Advanced Studies in May 2019. The only additional certification outside the financial sector is a Smart Office (M.S Excel) certification obtained from Compex Computer Education in July 2008.
