Amr Abdelnaby

Amr Abdelnaby is a seasoned engineering professional with diverse experience in production planning and mechanical design. Currently serving as a Senior Production Planning Engineer at Shift EV since February 2025, Amr has previously held positions including Regional Supply Planner at Guardian Industries, where expertise in Kinaxis software optimized supply and demand planning across Europe. Experience as Category Supply Lead and Mechanical Design Engineer at MCV involved developing production plans and bus designs to meet European standards. Amr has also served in the Egyptian Armed Forces and contributed to various roles in mechanical design and research at Geyushi Motors and ATAYA EGYPT. As a co-founder of Shoubra Racing Team, significant achievements were made in supervising cross-functional teams and reducing manufacturing costs. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Benha University.
