Janneke Bik

Janneke Bik is currently the Managing Partner at SHIFT Invest, an impact venture capital fund focused on investing in startups and scale-ups in sustainable mobility & logistics, energy transition, food & agriculture, and green industries. Janneke also holds positions as a Partner at Mainport Innovation Fund, a Partner at NBI Investors, and a Member of The Supervisory Board at Zero Friction and Whiffle. Previously, Janneke has worked in finance & strategy at MI Airline, as an Associate Director at Rabo Private Equity, and as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company. Janneke has also volunteered at Macheo Children's Centre NGO and holds a Msc. and Bsc. in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
