Nathalie Parent is the Chief People Officer at Shift Technology. Nathalie has over 25 years of Human Resources experience. Nathalie has a long history of working with large companies in various industries.

Nathalie started their career as a Consultant - Actuarial and Compensation at Watson Wyatt. Nathalie then moved to Cognos, an IBM company, where they were VP HR, Global Operations - Cognos for 13 years. After Cognos was acquired by hybris, an SAP company, Nathalie became SVP Human Resources. When hybris was acquired by SAP, Nathalie became SVP Human Resources EMEA.

In 2015, Nathalie left SAP to join WorldatWork as Chief HR Officer. Nathalie then joined Selligent in 2016 as Chief HR Officer. Nathalie is currently the Chief People Officer at Shift Technology.

Nathalie Parent has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Carleton University. Nathalie has a certification from Reality-Based Leadership as a Certified Facilitator. Nathalie also has certifications from WorldatWork in CCP, CBP, CSCP, CECP, and GRP. Finally, they have a certification from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association in CHRP.
