Dillon O'Hare

Dillon O'Hare serves as the SVP of Tax & Treasury at Shift4, a publicly traded FinTech company with a market cap of $10 billion, where significant capital deployment exceeding $1 billion has been facilitated across over 15 U.S. and foreign M&A transactions. Prior to this role, Dillon held the position of Director of Tax at Oyster Point Pharma, which was acquired by Viatris, Inc. Additionally, experience at PwC included roles as Senior Manager and Manager in International Tax Services, as well as Core Tax. Dillon O'Hare holds a Master's degree in Accountancy & Professional Consultancy from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Rutgers University - Camden.
