Joe Messina

Joe Messina is an experienced executive in the payments industry, currently serving as EVP Sales at Shift4 Payments since August 2005. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of VP Sales at Harbortouch from July 2010 to October 2019 and was the Chief Executive Officer of XtraCash Payment Systems from January 1999 to August 2010, where Joe built and sold several ATM and POS portfolios, generating over 2 billion in annual sales. Joe also served as President of XtraCash ATM from January 1999 to June 2010 and as Regional Manager for the ATM Division at CIBC Amicus Financial from January 1995 to January 1999, providing leadership and ensuring organizational standards were met. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Systems Computer Repair from the United States Air Force, where involvement spanned from 1978 to 1982.
