Matt Powers, CPA, currently serves as the Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting at Shift4 since May 2022, bringing extensive experience in corporate accounting and reporting. Prior to Shift4, Matt held positions at Brixmor Property Group, progressing from Senior Corporate Accountant to Manager of Corporate Accounting & Reporting between May 2017 and May 2022. Matt's career began at The Citco Group of Companies, where responsibilities included Senior Financial & Regulatory Reporting Accountant from October 2014 to April 2017. Matt Powers holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from William & Mary, earned between 2010 and 2014.
