Matthew Delisle

Matthew Delisle is an accomplished engineering manager and tech lead with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently at Shift4, Matthew leads three teams to enhance the merchant experience through innovative POS systems. Previously at Toptal, Matthew managed multiple scrum teams and played a key role in developing the Carbon CRM product, utilized in over 800 clinics. Notable achievements include implementing the award-winning LessRay software at NuVasive, and leading the rapid release of the SurgiCount application at Stryker. Matthew's background spans various roles at companies including Schneider Electric, Microsoft, and Fidelity National Information Services, complemented by a solid educational foundation consisting of an MBA from Longwood University, a Master's in Computer Science from UC San Diego, and a Bachelor's in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
