Shivani Jaduram

Shivani Jaduram is an experienced legal professional and consultant currently working at SHIFT since March 2024. Previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Xero from March to August 2024 through SHIFT Advisory. From October 2019 to May 2023, Shivani served as the Business Development & Commercial Strategy Manager and Senior Associate Lawyer & Entity Manager for Europe and CEMEA at Visa. Earlier roles include Associate Counsel for WarnerMedia, Associate at Harmos Horton Lusk, and Solicitor at Simpson Grierson, where Shivani also completed a summer clerkship. The academic background includes a BA/LLB in Law and Political Studies from The University of Auckland, completed in 2014, and secondary education at Diocesan School for Girls from 1996 to 2008.
