Florian Michael Schmidl

Florian Michael Schmidl has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Florian Michael is currently the COO and Co-Founder of shiftavenue since February 2023. Previously, they worked at Pexon Consulting GmbH as a Regional Manager and Enterprise Architect, contributing to business development and customer acquisition. Florian Michael also served as an Enterprise Architect at the same company. Prior to that, Florian worked at Capgemini in roles such as Solutions Architect, Associate Architect, and ITS Analyst. Florian Michael has experience as the Head of IT at Al Mona Orient Market, where they were responsible for implementing infrastructural changes and software integration. Florian gained internship experience at Ecolab in electrical engineering and at Brückner Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG in mechanical engineering and IT.

Florian Michael Schmidl attended the Reiffenstuel Realschule Traunstein from 2000 to 2010, where they graduated with a secondary school certificate in the field of Technology. From 2010 to 2012, they studied at the Staatliche Fachoberschule Traunstein and obtained a subject-specific university entrance qualification in the field of Technology.
