Bobbi Gohr

Bobbi Gohr has extensive experience in human resources and facilities management. Bobbi began their career as an Office Manager at Media Passage, Inc., where they managed facilities, coordinated building projects, and supervised administrative staff. Bobbi then worked as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager at Qpass, Inc., where they provided administrative support to the President/CEO and COO, managed the corporate travel program, and ensured facility upkeep. After Qpass was acquired by Amdocs, Bobbi became a Facilities Manager, overseeing four business offices and one data center. Bobbi was responsible for facilities management, office space planning, and creating utilization plans. Bobbi also worked as a Small Business HR Consultant at Sound Office Management, collaborating with leadership teams to define mission and strategy and managing HR functions and accounting. Most recently, they held various roles at Shiftboard, including Director of Human Resources, where they partnered with leadership to implement HR processes and improve existing policies and guidelines.

Bobbi Gohr attended the University of Phoenix in Mountlake Terrace, WA from 2001 to 2006. Bobbi obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In September 2020, Bobbi obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
