Elia Jona Kargruber

Elia Jona Kargruber is an experienced product manager with a strong background in digital fleet management and software development. Currently a Senior Product Manager at Shiftmove, a merger of Avrios International AG and Vimcar, Elia previously held senior roles at Avrios International AG, including product-market-fit expansion and growth management. At Arrival, Elia led two product teams and managed the lifecycle of a SaaS product for factory planning. Additional experience includes roles at DAI-Labor focusing on anticipatory decision-making in human-robot collaboration, and positions in embedded development and product strategy at 3YOURMIND GmbH and PTX tech GmbH.
