Gaurav Kikani

Gaurav Kikani has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Senior Vice President of GTM + Business Development at Shiftsmart. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President of GTM + Business Development at the same company.

Before joining Shiftsmart, Gaurav worked at Built Robotics as the Vice President of Strategy, Operations & Finance. Gaurav also assumed the position of Head of Business during their time there.

Gaurav's previous experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for Lending for Evanston and Northwestern Development (LEND), where their responsibilities included portfolio management, loan due diligence, and governance.

Gaurav worked as an Associate at Shumway Capital, focusing on the company's creation strategy and collaborating with management teams to launch and expand startups. Notably, Gaurav worked with Finch Therapeutics Group, a company involved in the development of therapeutics related to the gut microbiome.

Gaurav started their career as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company and later worked as a Supply Chain Fellow at Lucky Iron Fish Enterprise (LIFE). Gaurav also gained valuable experience as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs in their Private Equity Group and Hedge Fund Strategies division.

Additionally, Gaurav spent time as an Aspen Microenterprise Intern at Mercy Corps.
