Ronnie Williams

Ronnie Williams has extensive experience in both property inspection and human resources. Currently serving as a Commercial Property Inspector at Shiftsmart since July 2020, Ronnie has conducted over 300 comprehensive facility inspections across multiple states, identifying plumbing issues, water damage, and mold hazards. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Specialist for the United States Army Medical Department Activity Bavaria, providing support to management across five locations, and earlier as a Senior HR NCOIC for the US Army, where Ronnie managed a $3.7 million operational budget. Ronnie holds a Master of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, an Associate of Arts in Social Sciences, and a certificate in Human Resources Management, all from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
