Rita McDearman

Rita McDearman, MBA, is an accomplished finance and operations leader with extensive experience in strategic finance, budgeting, forecasting, and full-cycle accounting. Presently serving as VP of Finance and Operations at SHIFT since December 2015, Rita excels in data analysis, visualization, and HR management, alongside overseeing payroll, compliance, and cash management. Prior experience includes directing business operations and finance at Trellis Services, managing multi-million dollar testing programs at Prometric, and leading project management initiatives at CONNOR. Rita's early career involved ensuring Y2K compliance at Tesco Hungary and performing business analysis. Educational credentials include an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Communication from Budapest Business School.
