Bhargavi Balusani

Bhargavi Balusani has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Bhargavi is currently the Co-Founder at ShiftX, a company focused on developing an innovative employee scheduling platform using artificial intelligence. In this role, Bhargavi oversees operations, product vision, and roadmap execution.

Prior to their current position, Bhargavi co-founded BB Software LLC in 2016.

Before starting their entrepreneurial journey, Bhargavi worked at American Airlines as an Enterprise SOA Tech Lead, Application Development Manager, and Senior Java Developer from 2013 to 2016. Bhargavi also gained experience as a Senior Java Developer and Contractor at US Airways from 2007 to 2013.

Earlier in their career, Bhargavi held the position of Senior Developer at Cardinals Technology Inc, Software Engineer at Motorola, and Software Engineer at Nortel Networks.

Throughout their career, Bhargavi has consistently focused on developing their skills in software development and leadership, and has successfully contributed to the growth and success of various organizations.

From 1999 to 2003, Bhargavi Balusani attended University College of Engineering, Osmania University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications.
