Joanna Skorus

Joanna Skorus is a Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist at Shiji Group since June 2021, managing end-to-end recruitment projects for IT and administrative roles, and utilizing X-Ray and Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing. Joanna oversees onboarding and offboarding processes, conducts exit interviews, and prepares analytical reports on recruitment activities and employee departures. Prior to this role, Joanna served as a Talent Sourcer and Junior Talent Sourcer, enhancing skills in collaboration with recruitment agencies and candidate searches.
