Ritz Guggiana

Ritz Guggiana has a long history of work experience. In 2019, they began working as the General Manager of ShiKai Products, a fifty-year-old pioneering natural cosmetic manufacturer. From 2016 to 2019, they were the National Sales Director of P.G. Molinari & Sons, a 120 year old, 5th generation, leading U.S. salumi manufacturer. From 2014 to 2016, they were the CEO of FleetCare International. From 2012 to 2014, they were the VP of Sales & Distribution for Petaluma Creamery, where they coordinated the efforts of the shipping, packaging, and delivery personnel to maximize customer value and service performance, leading the sales effort to achieve a 49% increase in revenues in fiscal 2013, and streamlining operational efficiencies to reduce costs and improve accuracy. From 2012 to 2014, they were also a Senior Business Advisor for Global Resources Inc. From 2005 to 2012, they were the Owner of Sonoma Direct, LLC. Finally, from 1974 to 2005, they were the President and CEO of Ritz Foodservice, where they increased revenues more than ten fold in their tenure and achieved a position as one of the industry's Top 50 distributors out of a field of more than 2,900.

Ritz Guggiana attended the University of San Francisco from 1971 to 1973, studying Accounting and Business/Management.
