Paul Lowe

Paul Lowe is an experienced leader currently serving as the Pastor at Shiloh Baptist Church since November 1991 and as a State Senator for the North Carolina General Assembly since January 2015. Paul Lowe holds a Doctor of Ministry in Congregational Development from Drew University, obtained between 1998 and 2002, a Master of Divinity in Theology from Virginia Union University, earned from 1986 to 1989, and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Bishop College, completed from 1981 to 1985.
