Terry Smith

Terry Smith has extensive experience in claims management and community service. Currently serving as a Deacon at Shiloh Baptist Church since January 2002, Terry contributes to the church community while previously managing third-party liability claims at WMATA from August 2004 to June 2021, a position that involved overseeing approximately 2,700 new claims filed annually. Prior to that, Terry worked as a Claims Manager at The Hartford from September 2002 to June 2004. Terry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, earned from 1972 to 1976.
