Mateusz Niedziela

Mateusz Niedziela is a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Shiloh Industries, where responsibilities include the implementation and supervision of the Shiloh Production System, focusing on safety, quality, lean production, and productivity improvement since December 2015. Prior to this role, Mateusz served as a Group Leader and held positions as a Quality Control Specialist and Assistant Team Manager at Finnveden Metal Structures from January 2011 to December 2015. Educational achievements include a Magister (Mgr) degree in Lean Management from WSB University, completed in June 2023, and a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Zarządzanie from Wyższa Szkoła Ekonomiczno-Humanistyczna w Bielsku Białej, obtained in June 2021.
