Benji Field

Benji Field started their career as a restructuring and insolvency solicitor at Norton Rose Fulbright in January 2004. Benji then worked as a Senior Associate at Nabarro LLP (now CMS) from May 2009 to August 2011. Since September 2011, Benji has been serving as the Managing Director for the Private Practice team at SSQ, where they are responsible for recruiting partners and teams for a wide range of international and domestic law firms. SSQ is a global consultancy firm that specializes in legal search and recruitment services.

Benji Field attended The Manchester Grammar School from 1990 to 1997. Benji then went on to study Political Science at the University of Birmingham, earning a BA degree from 1998 to 2001. Benji continued their education at The University of Law from 2001 to 2002, obtaining a PGDL degree. Lastly, Benji attended BPP Law School in 2002 to 2003, completing the Legal Practice Course.
