Laila Coffey

Laila Coffey is an experienced professional in the legal sector, currently serving as Managing Director of Private Practice at SSQ since May 2025. Prior to this role, Laila was a Consultant in Legal Practice for EMEA at Heidrick & Struggles from January 2022 to May 2025 and held the position of Managing Director at SSQ from March 2010 to November 2021. Earlier in the career, Laila worked as a Consultant at Kinsey Allen International from 2006 to 2010. Laila holds an LLB in Law from the University of Nottingham, completed in 2006, and attended The Henrietta Barnet School from 1996 to 2003.
