Charles Marrow is an experienced project manager and engineer with a robust background in construction management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Shimmick Construction since August 2021, Charles previously held the same role at Flatiron Construction, where management of the $34 million HWY 20 Timbuctoo realignment and bridge project was a highlight. Notable achievements include recognition as an AGC Constructor Award Finalist, winning the Caltrans Partnering Excellence Award, and receiving the International Partnering Institute Project of the Year Sapphire Award. With previous roles including Lead Project Engineer on the $800 million HART Airport-Guideway and Stations Rail project and extensive experience in safety management, cost control, and subcontractor coordination across various projects, Charles brings a strong technical proficiency to the construction industry. Charles holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Mendocino College.
