Malhar Lakshman

Malhar Lakshman is currently a Teaching Assistant for BUS-K201/204 at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, providing guidance to 70 students in advanced Microsoft Access and Excel concepts, mentoring teams for case competitions, and improving database application submissions through coding in VBA and SQL. Malhar also serves as an Assistant Swim Coach at the Shimon and Sara Birnbaum Jewish Community Center, developing individualized training plans for swimmers of all skill levels. Previous experience includes roles as a Financial Representative Intern at Northwestern Mutual, a Contributing Writer for Ambition In Motion, Director of Communications for the Indiana University Student Government, and a Resident Assistant. Malhar has a strong educational background with a dual Bachelor of Science in Finance and Human Resource Management from Indiana University, expected to graduate in May 2025.
