Rohit Rosario has over 16 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Rohit started their career at Intel Corporation in 2004, where they worked as a Sr. Process Development Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for developing and integrating photolithography processes for 45nm node semiconductor IC manufacturing. Rohit also contributed to materials selection for photolithography processes used in 65nm and 45nm nodes semiconductor IC manufacturing.
In 2008, Rohit joined Numonyx as a Sr. Process R&D Engineer. Here, they focused on pathfinding on photolithography process for 32nm node semiconductor IC manufacturing. Rohit also worked on process technology transfer to manufacturing and foundry partners, as well as continuous improvement of photolithography process capability and yield.
Since 2010, Rohit has been working at Shin-Etsu MicroSi, Inc. Rohit began as an Advanced Lithography Engineer and later transitioned into the role of Technical Manager. As a Technical Manager, they are responsible for managing strategic customer accounts for the photolithography materials product line. Rohit drives the resolution of commercial, quality, and technical issues and serves as the interface between customers and internal stakeholders. Rohit also ensures that the product development roadmap aligns with market requirements.
Rohit Rosario holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Eng. degree in Chemical Engineering from Bangalore University. In 2016, they successfully completed an Executive M.B.A. program at the University of Nevada, Reno.
