Jeroen van Leeuwen

Jeroen van Leeuwen currently serves as a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer for Static & Civil at Shin-Etsu PVC B.V., starting January 2024. Previously held the position of Manager in Mechanical Engineering & Standardization at Pon Power from August 2022 to January 2024, where expertise was applied in the importation of Caterpillar internal combustion engines for the yacht market. Prior experience includes a role as Senior R&D & Project Engineer at IQIP from May 2017 to July 2022, focusing on offshore pile driving hammer development and heavy steel construction project engineering. Jeroen also worked as a Concept Design Engineer for Decommissioning Tools at IQIP, engaging in technical propositions and continuous improvement projects. Earlier career highlights include serving as an R&D Engineer at Allseas from October 2011 to April 2017, specializing in heavy systems for pipelay vessels and advising Master’s students. Jeroen's educational background includes an MSc in Applied Mathematics and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology, along with VWO from Adelbert College Wassenaar.
