Heiki Miki

Heiki Miki has extensive experience in the steel and refractory industries, currently serving as Managing Executive Officer and Division Director of Overseas Business at Shinagawa Refractories Co., Ltd. since April 2014. Miki’s responsibilities encompass overseeing exports and local operations across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Oceania. Previous roles include General Manager positions at JFE Steel Corporation and JFE Steel America, where Miki led sales and marketing efforts for steel products and tubular products. Miki holds an MBA in Marketing - International from Vanderbilt University and a BA in Psychology from Waseda University.
