Rafael Amaral

Rafael Amaral is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Supply Chain Director at Shinagawa Refractories Co., Ltd. since January 2023, Rafael previously held positions as Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Coordinator at Saint-Gobain Brasil from May 2015 to January 2023. Prior to that, Rafael worked as a Jr Consultant at Integration Consulting from January 2012 to March 2015, focusing on supply chain management projects for large companies in sectors such as consumer goods, construction, logistics, infrastructure, and services. Rafael's career began as a Production Supervisor at Whirlpool Latin America from January 2010 to December 2011, overseeing manufacturing processes and personnel. Rafael holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and completed an English language program at St Giles International in 2014.
