James Kovacs

James Kovacs is an experienced antitrust lawyer currently serving as a Partner at Shinder Cantor Lerner LLP since October 2024, where expertise includes counseling and representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation. Prior to this role, James held partnership status at Constantine Cannon LLP from April 2016 to October 2024 and worked as an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of David Balto from August 2013 to March 2016. Early career experience includes a legal internship at the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division in 2013, as well as positions as a Summer Associate and Law Clerk. James holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, cum laude, with a concentration in Health Law from Saint Louis University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Fordham University.
