Cristy Delorenzo

Cristy DeLorenzo is currently serving as a Strategic Advisor & Customer Success Lead at Shine Early Learning since June 2023. Prior to this role, Cristy held the position of Vice President Operations at Shine Early Learning from August 2015 to February 2023. With a background in psychology from Georgetown University and a Master of Science in Organizational Change Management from The New School, Cristy has accumulated a wealth of experience in various leadership roles, including Director of Program Operations in the Early Childhood Division at Children's Aid Society. Before transitioning into the education sector, Cristy worked in account management positions at PL Industries and Kellwood Company within the private label denim industry.
