Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Shine Lawyers since March 2020, Najma has previously held HR roles at Home, PRS for Music, ENVY Post Production, Broadridge, Cameron, GE Oil & Gas, Chevron, and Chandler Macleod. Key responsibilities have included organizational design processes, HR strategy management, and serving as a primary HR contact for executive clients in multiple regions. Najma holds a degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Edith Cowan University.
