Aric Cowne has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aric began their career as an Engineer Tech/Student Engineer at the Kentucky Transportation Center in 2001 and later worked as an Engineer II at Bechtel Jacobs. In 2006, they joined Restoration Services Incorporated as an Environmental Engineer before transitioning to Paducah Remediation Services as a Mechanical Engineer in 2008.

In 2008, Aric became a Construction Project Coordinator III at Louisiana Energy Services, where they managed the design, procurement, installation, and testing of specialized plant process equipment. Aric then worked as a Senior Construction Coordinator at LES, URENCO, overseeing construction activities.

From 2010 to 2012, Aric served as the Core Equipment Installation Manager at LES, where they led a team responsible for installing and testing uranium hexafluoride process equipment. Aric also negotiated vendor contracts and developed strategic plans to meet departmental goals.

Aric then joined URENCO USA in 2012 as a Construction Director, where they were responsible for the installation, testing, and turnover of $250M worth of plant process equipment. Aric led a team of engineers and project managers from design phase through start-up and acceptance.

In 2015, Aric became a Project Team Lead at URENCO USA, managing a team of field engineers and updating the design configuration of the plant. Aric also explored the economic feasibility of a new facility and developed a capital expenditure proposal.

Aric's career continued to progress, and in 2017, they joined WECTEC Staffing as a Principal ITAAC Engineer, responsible for generating ITAAC Closure Notifications for AP1000 Plant Units 2 & 3.

Currently, Aric holds the position of VP of Projects at SHINE Technologies, a role they assumed in 2023. Prior to this, they were the Senior Engineering Construction Director at SHINE Technologies, where they demonstrated their expertise in managing engineering construction projects. Aric also served as a Construction Manager earlier in their tenure.
