Catherine Kolb

Catherine Kolb has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. Catherine started their career at Exelon Nuclear in 2006, where they held the roles of System Manager and Senior Reactor Operator. As a System Manager, they were responsible for trending parameters, performing walkdowns, and developing long-term plans for plant systems. Catherine also investigated and resolved high priority and emergent system issues. In 2014, Catherine joined SHINE Technologies, where they held various positions including Process Engineer, Engineering Supervisor, Operations Manager, Project Integration Manager, Instrumentation and Controls Manager, and Senior Director of Plant Operations. Catherine is currently the Senior Director of Commercial Strategy at SHINE Technologies.

Catherine Kolb attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Senior Reactor Operator from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in July 2013 and as a Licensed Professional Engineer from the State of Illinois in 2010.
