Eli Moll has extensive work experience in the field of nuclear engineering and research and development. They started their career in 2013 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a Nuclear Regulatory Commision Fellow, where they developed a software package for radiation transport modeling. They then joined Phoenix, LLC in 2013 and held various roles, including Nuclear Engineer and Senior Nuclear Engineer, leading research and development efforts related to nuclear physics and radiation therapy. In 2021, Eli Moll joined SHINE Technologies as the Vice President of Research and Development, overseeing a team of experts and supporting all divisions of the company with a focus on emergent technologies and R&D contracts.

Eli Moll pursued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2009, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nuclear Engineering and Engineering Physics. They then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in the same field from 2013 to 2015. Continuing their studies, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Nuclear Engineering and Engineering Physics from 2015 to 2019.
