Louann Othmer

Louann Othmer is an experienced Human Resource Manager with a demonstrated history of supporting over 250 employees and supervisors in a 24/7 manufacturing environment at McCain Foods from October 1998 to April 2022. At McCain Foods, Louann Othmer served as an internal strategic business partner to the Plant Leadership Team, focusing on various HR functions including staffing, onboarding, workplace planning, talent development, benefits, compensation, performance management, change management, employee relations, and compliance with employment law. Currently, Louann Othmer holds the title of Human Resource Manager at SHINE Technologies and has direct supervisory responsibilities over HR personnel. Louann Othmer earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University between October 2015 and May 2017.
