Pratibha Singh

Pratibha Singh is an experienced professional in the field of food science and technology, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Shineroad Foods India since March 2010. In this role, Pratibha Singh oversees quality control activities related to starting materials, in-process checks, and finished goods, including sampling, specifications, and testing with necessary documentation. Prior to this position, Pratibha Singh worked as a Microbiologist at Valley Nuts from July 2007 to February 2010, where responsibilities included overseeing laboratory activities in microbiology and environmental monitoring, as well as ensuring sanitation and hygiene standards. Additionally, Pratibha Singh served as a Project Associate at the Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine in Jammu from November 2006 to June 2007. Pratibha Singh holds a Post Graduate degree in Food Science and Technology and a B.Sc. in Food Science from the University of Jammu.
