Justin Jackson

Justin Jackson currently serves as the Assistant General Manager for the Windy City Bulls, a position held since September 2025. With extensive experience in basketball operations, Justin has been a Selection Committee Member for the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament Foundation since April 2009 and previously worked as the Director of Basketball Operations and Facilities for the National Basketball Players Association from August 2016 to October 2025. Additional roles include time spent with the Houston Rockets as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach and Player Development, and as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the RGV Vipers. Justin's foundational experience also includes positions as a Basketball Operations Assistant with the Bakersfield Jam, a Sport Performance Coach with CESPerformance, and a Sales Associate/Stock Room employee at Foot Locker. Justin holds a Master's degree in Sport Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management, both from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
