Jiyoung Min

Jiyoung Min has extensive experience in service planning and operation, currently working at Shinhan DS since August 2014, where responsibilities include the planning and operation of Shinhan Bank's STB service, focusing on electronic documents, approvals, and external sales applications. Additionally, Jiyoung is involved in the planning of Shinhan Group's common work services and customer services such as Shinhan Plus. Prior to Shinhan DS, Jiyoung served as a Product Owner at Wizard Works from August 2012 to July 2014, contributing to the planning and operation of the company's main service, SombCloud, which was recognized as one of Asia's top 200 promising ventures by Red Herring. Jiyoung holds a Master's degree in Display from Ewha Womans University.
