Kara Berg

Kara Berg has a diverse work experience in the sales and brand management industry. Kara started their career at Randa Accessories in 1988 as an Account Executive and worked in that role until 1997. Kara then joined Fossil, where they held various positions over a span of 16 years. Kara'smost recent role at Fossil was Vice President and Brand Manager for Emporio Armani Watches & Jewelry as well as Armani Exchange Watches. During their time at Fossil, they were responsible for global sales, strategic initiatives, inventory, profitability, marketing, and the licensing relationship with Giorgio Armani SpA. Kara Berg joined Shinola in 2013 and has since held different positions within the company. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Sales, a position they have held since May 2016.

Kara Berg has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Fashion Merchandising from Iowa State University. Kara completed their education at the university in 1988. The field of study for their degree was Fashion Merchandising.
