Randi Walker

Randi Walker has had extensive work experience in various companies and roles in product development, quality engineering, and technical product management.

Starting in 2007, Randi worked as an Engineering Co-op at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, where they operated CNC lathe, implemented lean manufacturing initiatives, and created standard work documents.

In 2010, Randi joined Biomet as a Hip Engineering Co-op, conducting research on the validity of medical implant design, developing a new mechanical testing procedure, and expanding their experience with NX 6.

In 2011, Randi moved to K2M as a Development Engineer, specializing in special instruments and serving until 2012.

Between 2012 and 2015, Randi worked at Sentio, LLC, where they held the position of Senior Staff Engineer and conducted product development and quality engineering tasks.

Starting in 2015, Randi returned to Shinola as a Production Engineer and gradually moved up to become a Product & Quality Engineer and later a Corporate Quality Manager. They held these positions until 2018, with a brief stint as a Technical Product Manager at Eissmann Group Automotive in 2018.

In 2018, Randi also joined FlexDex Surgical as a Supplier Quality Engineer and later became a Supply Chain & Quality Manager until 2019.

Finally, in 2019, Randi returned to Shinola as a Corporate Quality Manager and eventually took on the roles of Production & Quality Engineering and Product Development Manager.

Randi Walker earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialty in Bioengineering Applications from Kettering University, where they attended from 2007 to 2011.
