Scott Ratkowski

Scott Ratkowski has a strong background in retail operations and management. Scott began their career in 2012 as a Sales Lead at EXPRESS. In 2014, they joined J.Crew as an HR Manager and also served as a Visual Merchandising Manager. In 2016, they joined Shinola and held various roles including Manager, Administration Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and currently serves as the Retail Operations and Inventory Manager.
