Stephanie Skradski has a diverse range of work experience. Stephanie started their career as an Assistant Manager at JB Robinson Jewelers in 2005. Stephanie then worked as a Licensed Personal Banker at JP Morgan Chase Bank, where they sold over $7 million in mutual fund investment accounts in 2010. Stephanie then joined Anzie Jewelry as a Sales Representative, where they contributed to a 10% sales growth and expansion of brand awareness in the Midwest territory. Stephanie also communicated market trends to designers and trained sales associates. Stephanie then worked as a Loan Officer Assistant at JPMorgan Chase from 2011 to 2014. After that, they became a Regional Territory Manager at Carolee, LLC, where they exceeded sales goals, implemented visual merchandising directives, and utilized cross-selling techniques. Stephanie then joined Shinola as a Midwest Area Brand Coordinator, and later was promoted to Corporate Sales Account Executive. In their current role, they have achieved various sales goals and works with corporate customers to customize products according to their needs.

Stephanie Skradski completed their Bachelor's degree in Textile and Apparel Studies, with a focus on Marketing, from Western Michigan University. Stephanie attended the university from 2001 to 2006.
