Kari McGinnis

Kari McGinnis, SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Shintech, Inc., starting in June 2023. As the owner of McGinnis Consultants, LLC since February 2021, Kari emphasizes the importance of enhancing employee experiences to strengthen business operations. Previously, as the Human Resources Director at Iberville Parish Sheriff's Office from September 2016 to June 2023, responsibilities included overseeing HR strategy development and providing consultation on employee relations, compliance, and recruitment. Kari began a career in human resources as an Assistant at Iberville Parish School Board from October 2012 to September 2016, focusing on policy implementation and personnel administration.
